Current Open Positions Woburn, MA (Headquarters) Lead Generator/Sales Support Administrator The Lead Generator, under the direction of the Sales team, conducts research through numerous resources to identify companies that are potential targets for Eastern Connection to contact for the purpose of selling our services. The Lead Generator will create and maintain a lead database to aid both Inside and Outside sales representatives in maintaining a constant sales pipeline. The role of this sales team member will also include qualifying the researched companies and assigning the qualified leads to the associated sales representative for that area. Ideal candidates are results driven and creative. Qualifications include: Polished, intelligent communication skills, comfortable in cold calling situations Research experience in a similar business setting or focused on similar goals. The ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, keeping an eye on results Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products Effective time management skills College degree preferred This role is a part time position - 20 - 25 hours per week (flexible schedule). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Woburn, MA (Headquarters) Payroll Clerk The Payroll Clerk maintains and audits payroll records, time sheets, and reports; inputs data from time sheets or individual time cards into a computerized payroll system; compiles payroll figures and keeps records of withholding taxes, social security, retirement, insurance, and other deductions; posts general journal entries associated with payroll earnings and deductions; processes salary increases, promotions, resignations, terminations, new hires, tax forms, direct deposit, wage garnishments for multi state site offices; answers inquiries from both managers and employees; performs other general and specialized clerical work; and works closely with Human Resources regarding benefits, employee matters, and audits. Qualifications include: 1-3 years of payroll or accounting experience Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products, intermediate level Excel skills Knowledge of commonly-used payroll concepts, practices, and procedures Ability to plan and prioritize in a dynamic environment Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills College degree preferred This role is a part time position - 20 - 25 hours per week (flexible schedule). |
