Winter Storm Update

All Eastern Connection locations have had power restored and back to normal operations.  Thanks again to our loyal customers for your patience.

Due to the unseasonable severe winter storm which affected the Northeast on October 29th, 2011, several Eastern Connection facilities are still without power.  The storm also disrupted service to many Sprint network towers, which support Eastern Connection's scanning technology.  We apologize for any inconvenince this has caused, and ask for your continued patience as we deal with these issues.
